The SENTIDE GmbH team, a company of the INTENTA Group, combines tailor-made software solutions with individual consulting for all aspects of local public transport.
We provide services in the areas of consulting, requirements and project management as well as the design and implementation of our own system solutions in the field of software development.
We set new standards in public transportation by supporting our customers with individual and self-determined consulting as well as highly developed, platform-independent software solutions.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Project Manager (m/f/d)
full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week).
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or IT sector or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of public transport
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a professional and engaging manner toward internal and external partners
- Structured and methodical approach to work
- Enjoy working with colleagues and joint development
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and MS Project or similar GANTT planning tools
- Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and ERP software (e.g., Sage, MS Dynamics) is desirable
- Business fluent German and English skills; additional language skills are welcome
- Willingness to travel
Your responsibilities:
- Independent support of customer projects, from planning and implementation to successful completion
- Coordination of project teams and contact person for clients and other stakeholders
- Implementation of ongoing risk management to ensure compliance with milestones, costs, and quality standards
- Creating and maintaining project plans, reports, and documentation
- Processing customer inquiries and tenders
- Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations
